Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours..

4.Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Outdoor cushions and fabric items must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Warranty & Product Care

Roza Furniture products come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category: frames are covered for 5 years, cushions and fabrics for 2 years, and accessories for 1 year. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond the product's rated specifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and photographs of the defect. We will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at our discretion. For optimal product longevity, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each product. Using protective covers during extreme weather and regular cleaning will help maintain the appearance and functionality of your furniture.
